MRO's ROI Online is a Web-based solution that allows healthcare organizations to efficiently manage release-of-information requests through staffed, shared or remote service models. Once the request has been received by the HIM department, the relevant charts can be uploaded onto ROI Online. MRO then takes over, including handling requester communications and fulfillment requirements from billing, collections and logging/tracking to the distribution of requested records. ROI requesters can receive the records in whatever format they would like, including CD-ROM and Web portal. MRO then remits a percentage of the revenue back to the facility on a monthly basis.
ROI Online includes a Web-based correspondence management system that provides a full suite of management reports and enables MRO clients and their requesters to check the status of a request online.
