MRO Corp. Names Stephen Hynes Interim CEO

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - May 12, 2008 - MRO Corporation, the market leader of shared-service, release-of-information (ROI) solutions for healthcare providers, today announced the appointment of Stephen Hynes to the position of interim CEO, where he will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the company. The company thanks former President and CEO, Jerry Baker, who is leaving MRO, for his contributions and wishes him success in future endeavors.

Hynes, who is a co-founder of MRO, recently held the position of executive vice president of client relations. Since 2002, he has been responsible for building MRO's sales and marketing organization, while introducing new and innovative eROI services and products to healthcare providers.

Before his career with MRO, Hynes was vice president of hospital sales at Smart Corporation. Hynes has also worked in a sales capacity for other service and technology companies, including Paychex and Paging Network of Philadelphia. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1990 after serving in the U.S. Army.
