Stephen Hynes
President & Chief Operating Officer
As co-founder of MRO, Hynes was instrumental in developing MRO's approach to the ROI business. Previously, he held the role of executive vice president of client relations, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities along with all ‘client-facing’ operations. Prior to his work with MRO, Hynes was with Smart Corporation for six years as national vice president of hospital sales, and has also worked in a sales capacity for other service and technology companies, including Paychex and Paging Network of Philadelphia. He received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990 after serving in the U.S. Army.

David Borden
Chief Technology Officer
As co-founder and chief technology officer of MRO, Borden drives technical innovation for the company. Prior to MRO, he headed Sipapu Technologies and provided IT solutions for the Wharton Business school and Voice Systems Engineering, an international telephony service provider. Borden developed an award-winning database engine for the first professional Apple Computer database program – dbMaster, and is a co-inventor of patented video processing software. Borden graduated with honors from Harvard College, receiving his B.A. in 1987.

John Walton
Vice President, Client Relations

As vice president of client relations for MRO, Walton is responsible for overall strategy and management of sales, marketing, new client installations and training, as well as overseeing relationships with new and existing clients. Previously, he held the role of director of sales, where he was responsible for overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities. Before his career with MRO, Walton worked in a sales capacity for other service and technology companies, including Smart Corporation, Insight Health Services, Paging Network of Philadelphia and Lanier. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1990.

Rick Reynolds
Vice President, Finance
Reynolds is a licensed CPA with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including approximately nine years in the ROI industry. Prior to joining MRO, he served as regional controller for Sourecorp, Inc. He received his B.S. from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore.

Diane Heyde
Vice President, Human Resources
After serving as a human resources consultant to MRO during a period of rapid change and growth, Heyde joined MRO full time in November 2007 as the vice president of human resources. Her previous experience includes supporting healthcare, high technology and financial organizations including Abbott Laboratories, Unisys and The Vanguard Group. Heyde has a B.A. from Rollins College and completed graduate work at Cabrini College.
