H Daniel Heist
Chief Executive Officer
As a founder of MRO, Heist brought together the industry expertise and technology resources for developing MRO’s unique ROI product offering. Prior to MRO, Heist served as CEO of RecordTrak, a medical record retrieval service and was founder and CEO of ProtoComm Corporation, an early developer of digital video server technology. Heist holds a patent for a digital video court reporting system. Heist was chief software engineer for the development of two worldwide store and forward messaging systems. Heist holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a M.S. in Mathematics from Drexel University.

Stephen Hynes
President
As president, Hynes has been instrumental in developing MRO's approach to the ROI business. Previously, he held the role of executive vice president of client relations, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities along with all ‘client-facing’ operations. Prior to his work with MRO, Hynes was with Smart Corporation for six years as national vice president of hospital sales, and has also worked in a sales capacity for other service and technology companies, including Paychex and Paging Network of Philadelphia. He received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990 after serving in the U.S. Army.

David Borden
Chief Technology Officer
As chief technology officer of MRO, Borden drives technical innovation for the company. Prior to MRO, he headed Sipapu Technologies and provided IT solutions for the Wharton Business school and Voice Systems Engineering, an international telephony service provider. Borden developed an award-winning database engine for the first professional Apple Computer database program – dbMaster, and is a co-inventor of patented video processing software. Borden graduated with honors from Harvard College, receiving his B.A. in 1987.

Patrick Walsh
Chief Operating Officer
In his role at MRO, Walsh oversees the overall operations and manages the strategic plan and infrastructure of the company. Prior to joining MRO, Walsh was with ARAMARK where his most recent position was Director of Operations Support ARAMARK Healthcare where he provided operational and business development support for facilities management accounts across the ARAMARK Healthcare business portfolio relating to JCAHO and other regulatory compliance for plant operations and facilities management accounts. Additionally, he has held key leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies focusing on development of resources and standardization of processes to ensure consistent operations. Walsh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.

Rick Reynolds
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer of MRO, Reynolds is responsible for overseeing the financial, compliance and accounting activities of the organization. Reynolds is a licensed CPA with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including approximately nine years in the ROI industry. Prior to joining MRO, he served as regional controller for Sourcecorp, Inc. He received his B.S. from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College
in Baltimore.

Mike Reilly
Vice President, Client Operations
In his role as vice president of client operations, Reilly is responsible for overseeing client relations and operations. His more than 25 years of leadership experience includes managing large call centers, account management teams, billing and financial services operations, contracts administration and vendor relationships with a focus on process improvement, staff development and operational efficiencies that enhance client satisfaction. Prior to his career with MRO, Reilly has worked in the insurance/healthcare, financial services and information management industries for companies such as United Healthcare, Iron Mountain and NCO. He received his A.S. in Business Administration – Accounting from Ursinus College.
